A Little More About Us
We are Raychell & Wade. Married, lovers, best friends, parents to our 2 beautiful little boys, yogis, and space-holders/curators of healing energy. ♥️A bit about us-
🧘♀️ Raychell - Started in massage and fell in love with the Hawaiian practice of Lomi-lomi almost immediately, which is where Mauna's name comes from. Techniques during a table massage with Raychell include trauma-informed myofascial release, deep tissue work, hot/cold stones, and herbal body treatments.
🧘🏼Wade - Meanwhile, while Raychell was in massage school, Wade was doing sound healing & completing his yoga teacher trainings. His love of the 26+2 has never wavered, and he believes Hatha yoga is a powerhouse at healing & strengthening the body.
Stars Colliding 💥 - Wade's first teaching job was at the same yoga studio Raychell had her first little yoga room. We met on a rainy day in early Spring and have been together ever since. Growing, learning, loving in everything we do. Raychell fell in love with yoga and dove deep into learning trauma-informed restorative practices. Wade discovered his passion for Thai bodywork, a style of massage that focuses on bringing the whole body back into harmony.

What is Sound Healing?
Truly Top-Notch
Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. A sound healing session involves lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing eyes, and coming into a restful state while we fill the room with the vibrations of healing sound.
These sound vibrations have a pretty powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. Sound Healing can release stored somatic trauma, decrease tension and stress, and leave you feeling energized and centered.
Our sound baths can be booked for groups or private sessions, or to any location for groups of 8 or more.
